Delivery times

The average delivery time of our products is 2-4 working days.

The delivery time also depends on the type of item ordered away. Some products are larger or heavier than usual, which means delivery may take a little longer.

You will receive an automatically generated email with a track & trace link and shipping information as soon as the item has been shipped.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. The delivery time specified in the shop is not guaranteed. It can happen that a product is sold out in the meantime and the delivery time is delayed accordingly. In this case you will be informed by email after the order. Most items are available immediately.
