This ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 30 kg (2 x 15 kg). The dumbbells have non-slip plastic-covered bars so you don't have to worry about the dumbbells slipping out of your hands and falling. The star locks ensure that the weight plates are always firmly and securely attached to the bar. The bars of the dumbbells are made of robust metal. The barbell bars are approx. 14,5 cm long.
