Returns

If you want to return the item you received, you must contact us in advance by email. You will receive a label from us for return shipment directly to the manufacturer.
Returns without prior notification and confirmation from us by e-mail will not be accepted.

Withdrawal:
The order can be canceled (if covered by the right of cancellation) within a period of 2 weeks (14 days) after receipt of the shipment by returning the goods. The customer has the right to examine the item in the same way that is possible and customary in normal retail business. The item must be returned clean, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Used or damaged returned goods are deemed to have been purchased for a fee. Hygiene, consumables and cosmetics items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Registration and confirmation by e-mail to customer service are required for returns. Unless otherwise stated, costs for returns are borne by the customer. The customer is also obliged to return the goods in such a way that no damage occurs during transport. After receipt of the goods by the manufacturer, the purchase price will be refunded without postage. Please enter your bank details. In the case of justified claims for depreciation (see above), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. Copyright regulations for sound carriers, data carriers, DVDs, etc. For copyright reasons, the right of withdrawal expires when the packaging of CDs, DVDs, software, etc. is unsealed.

The following are excluded from returns: Mobile phones, notebooks, netbooks, PCs, tablet PCs, inkjet printers
Game consoles, navigation devices, drones, CDs, videos, DVDs, software and books, hygiene items (e.g. razors, epilators, electric toothbrushes, headphones, etc.), ​​​​​smart watches, wearables, ​​​​​​Consumables (such as toner, ink cartridges, etc.) liquidation items, B-goods, restored items of all categories.
Also excluded from return are: Reduced clothing and shoes.

Warranty:
Unless expressly stated otherwise for the product, the warranty is based on the statutory provisions, beginning with the receipt of the goods. Any further guarantees from the manufacturer remain unaffected.
