Right of Withdrawal / Guarantee

Withdrawal:

If you want to return the item you received, you must contact us in advance by email. You will receive a label from us for return shipment directly to the manufacturer.
Returns without prior notification and confirmation from us by e-mail will not be accepted.

Returns if not satisfied within 14 days:
Only original packaging, unused and complete goods will be accepted.
If the items are no longer in new condition, the goods are deemed to have been purchased and will be returned.
Hygiene and cosmetic items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Costs for returns are borne by the customer. The customer is also obliged to return the goods in such a way that no damage occurs during transport. After receipt of the goods by the manufacturer, the purchase price (if already paid) will be refunded. Please enter your bank details. In the case of justified claims for depreciation (see above), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. Copyright regulations for sound carriers, data carriers, DVDs, etc. For copyright reasons, the right of withdrawal expires when the packaging of CDs, DVDs, software, etc. is unsealed.

Returns for defective goods (guarantee service):
Defective or defective goods will be exchanged or repaired as quickly as possible.
